David Benassi (PhD in Economic Sociology, University of Brescia) is assistant professor in Economic Sociology at the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy). His main fields of interest are poverty and inequality, welfare policies, social change, on which he published extensively. His last publication is the edited first Italian edition of the Beveridge Report (2010).
